If at any time during the term of our contract, you are not completely satisfied with any service that we provide, we will re-do the service. No questions asked.

If you're not completely satisfied with the appearance of any plant that we are caring for, we will replace the plant. No questions asked*. Guaranteed.

Please note that container warranties are provided by the manufacturer and we do not accept returns of any special order items unless they are defective and reported to be so at the time of installation.
