You have to be realistic though. If you're looking at artificial plants because you think they cost less and they don't require "maintenance" you're wrong!

Realistically, artificial's have a "life expectancy" of about five to six years and then they will need to be replaced — and that's with proper "maintenance"

You won't reap any of the many benefits of live plants with artificial ones, but if you're "hell -bent" on going this route, or conditions just don't permit live plants, then ImposterPlants™ are definitely the way to go.
